Trigger Variable

Trigger Variables are used to activate or deactivate Statements and Branches based on certain conditions. These conditions are specified in the AX Cockpit in the logic ruleset. If the conditions for the values of the respective data set are true, then the statements and branches can be generated. If the result of the formulated conditions for the data set equals false, then these statements and branches are deactivated.

Example The condition This bike has hydraulic disc brakes is false for this data set. So the Statement "The hydraulic disc brakes shorten the braking distance." will not be triggered.

In the Translate App, you can see the name of the Trigger variables and tell from the color (green = true, red = false) of the symbol on the statement or branch whether they are being activated or not for the selected Preview Test Object.
